I know that the busy day to day activities we are involved in do not allow much space for Me Time, hopefully we can change that. My passion for massage therapy began a long time ago, I just never did anything with it. So this passion and dream to have my own business is finally coming to light. I am happy and eager to help your body feel at ease and tension free. I love what I do as a body worker and can't wait to share this passion with you.

Each session is tailored to what your body needs, we will discuss what you want from the session and we will do what we can to help with that. I offer tthe following services to help you relax and unwind. Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Craniosacral Therapy (CST), and Basic Reflexology. Swedish massage can be anything from Relaxation to more specific work on a deeper level. Deep Tissue is slower deeper work on a specific muscle group. Sports Massage can be for anyone from the Weekend Warrior to the more advanced athelete. Craniosacral Thereapy (CST) is a very gentle style of body work. It works with the Cerebrospinal Fluid in the body and helps us to "reset or rebalance" our bodies using only 5 grams of pressure for most holds. I use the Upledger style of CST which follows a 10-step Protocol for most sessions.Reflexology is working mostly with the hands and feet.
